State of the Art Learning Management System
Underpinning all our education, is our sophisticated Learning Management System (Brightspace by D2L) augmented, where appropriate, by in person learning, that can be either virtual or in room.
We propose a collaboration between the organisation and ourselves in order to ensure that we are able to correctly identify the areas of potential for greatest impact and ensure that we take into consideration cultural and language factors. We know from working with previous partners that this collaborative approach provides the greatest results and opportunities for the successful rollout of a programme of this nature. We believe that one of the advantages of our approach is that all of our education and training materials, whether they be for those within the medical team or non-healthcare colleagues, all come from the same root learning, backed by science. This consistent approach to learning provides confidence in the user experience
